This position is paid an hourly rate for all hours worked plus an activity-based bonus payment. The activity-based bonus payment is the sum of your eligible activity pay less your base hourly earnings for the week.
- Hourly pay: $18 per hour

- Driver assist per load: $10

- Clean DOT inspection pay: $20 flat rate
- Dwell moves: $20 per move
- Early shutdown pay: $21 per hour
- Empty move pay: $20 per move
- Empty search pay: $21 per hour
- Mandatory meeting pay: $26 per hour
- North Las Vegas delivery pay: $15 per delivery
- Overweight rework pay: $21 per hour
- Overweight delivery move pay: $20 per move
- Rail delay pay: $21 per hour
- Refused delivery pay: $21 per stop
- Restacking pay: $21 per hour
- Safety training: $21 per hour
- Short haul pay: $17 per load
- New hire training pay: $21 per hour
- Truck order not used: $20 flat rate
- Spotting pay: $21 per hour
- Yard work pay: $21 per hour
- Compliance training pay: $21 per hour
- Rest breaks paid at the hourly rate, plus an additional amount for the activity-based bonus payment
- Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $67,000
