Fast Lane Jobs is a platform that aggregates and displays publicly available job postings from companies in the U.S. Trucking and Logistics industry, primarily focusing on commercial truck driving positions across the United States. We collect job data from publicly accessible websites to provide a streamlined list of job opportunities. We also offer a promotion service that allows companies to feature their job postings more prominently on the Job Board.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Job Board for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others, or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the Job Board.

Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Use the Job Board in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Job Board.
  • Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Job Board for any purpose without our express written permission, except as permitted for legitimate search engine indexing.
  • Misuse the job promotion system, including but not limited to fraudulent bidding or attempts to manipulate the system unfairly.

4. Intellectual Property

The Job Board and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to website design, logos, text, graphics, and software), but excluding the collected job posting content, are owned by Fast Lane Jobs and are protected by United States copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, or in any way exploit any content from the Job Board (excluding job postings themselves for personal job seeking purposes) without our prior written consent.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

a. Accuracy of Job Postings:

The job postings displayed on Fast Lane Jobs are aggregated from publicly available sources within the United States. We make reasonable efforts to present accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any job posting. Job details, including job descriptions, locations, and requirements, are subject to change by the original posting companies without our knowledge.

You are advised to verify all job details directly with the company that posted the job before taking any action based on the information found on our Job Board. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in job postings or for any consequences arising from your reliance on such information.

b. No Endorsement:

Listing a job posting on Fast Lane Jobs or allowing a company to promote a job posting does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by us of that company, its products, services, or employment practices. We are a neutral platform for aggregating job information.

c. No Guarantee of Employment:

Fast Lane Jobs is a job listing service. We do not guarantee that any user will find employment through the Job Board or that any company will find suitable candidates.

d. "As Is" and "As Available" Service:

The Job Board is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

e. Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Fast Lane Jobs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

In no event shall our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use the Job Board exceed the amount of 10 USD.

We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.
